By accessing or using TableTalk's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Service Description
TableTalk provides AI-powered communication services for restaurants, including phone answering, web chat, reservation management, order processing, and customer relationship management.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Pricing and Payment
Subscription fees are billed monthly based on your revenue band. Additional usage charges apply for phone minutes exceeding the included allowance.
AI Service Limitations
While our AI strives for accuracy, it may occasionally make errors. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses are probabilistic and should be monitored appropriately for your business needs.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
TableTalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
