SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from TableTalk and participating restaurants, you agree to receive both transactional and promotional SMS messages at the mobile number provided.

Types of Messages

Transactional Messages

These messages are related to your reservations and do not require marketing consent:

  • Reservation confirmations with booking details and calendar links
  • Reservation reminders (typically 24 hours before your visit)
  • Reservation modification confirmations
  • Cancellation confirmations

Marketing Messages (Opt-In Required)

These promotional messages require your explicit consent:

  • Exclusive offers and discounts
  • Birthday and anniversary perks
  • Special event announcements
  • Loyalty program updates
  • Seasonal promotions

Message Frequency

Transactional: As needed based on your reservations (typically 1-2 messages per reservation)

Marketing: Approximately 2-4 messages per month. Frequency may vary based on promotions and events.

Cost & Carriers

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. TableTalk does not charge for text messages, but your carrier may charge you for incoming and outgoing messages.

Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers. Check with your carrier for pricing and availability.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time:

  • Text STOP to any message you receive from us
  • Text UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT - all work the same way
  • Contact us at (833) 408-7149

Note: Opting out of marketing messages will not affect transactional messages related to your reservations.

Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We collect:

  • Your mobile phone number
  • Consent date and method (verbal, checkbox, etc.)
  • Message delivery status
  • Opt-out requests

We use this data to:

  • Send reservation confirmations and reminders
  • Deliver promotional offers you've opted into
  • Comply with TCPA regulations and maintain consent records
  • Improve our service
